26 & 2
Bikram’s 26 & 2 method consists of 26 traditional Hatha yoga poses and 2 breathing exercises. The 26 & 2 method aims to work the entire body in heat and humidity by warming the body and allowing you to work safer and deeper into your muscles, tendons, and ligaments. This proven system has helped thousands of people heal themselves, mind and body. Popular since the 70’s because it works! This class is excellent for beginners and for those with injuries. Bikram Yoga is known to increase your flexibility, strengthen your body and help eliminate stress. Plan to sweat and feel incredible after class!
IHP
Inferno Hot Pilates is a low impact, high energy class that will deeply strengthen your body, build your core and burn fat without negatively impacting your joints. This class incorporates HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and is performed in a room heated to 95 degrees Fahrenheit and 40% humidity. The heat loosens up the muscles and the humidity makes you sweat- elevating your heart rate, boosting metabolism, and promoting more fat burn. IHP is an excellent compliment to yoga. Plan to work hard, soak up a strong group energy and fire up your engine.
Heated Vinyasa
Heated Vinyasa is a dynamic, breath-centered yoga practice that links movement and breath together in a warm room. Each class flows from one posture to the next, creating a moving meditation that strengthens the body, calms the mind, and leaves you feeling incredible.
No two classes are exactly the same, keeping your practice fresh, engaging, and full of opportunities to grow. You’ll build strength, improve flexibility, challenge your balance, and develop a deeper connection to yourself with every breath and every movement.
YIN
Yin is the yin to the yang in our system of balance. Yin yoga is designed to be done in a cool room, releasing the deep connective tissue in the body. The postures are held for a longer periods of time creating a deep calming feeling. Yin is a deep meditative practice. This practice will have your body melting into the floor. Plan to feel deeply relaxed and sleep like a baby.
Heated Fusion
Can’t decide between Vinyasa and Bikram? You don’t have to.
Heated Fusion combines the best of both worlds—bringing together the structure and depth of a Bikram practice with the creativity and flow of Heated Vinyasa.
In this class, you’ll experience familiar Bikram-inspired postures that build strength, balance, and flexibility, while also moving through flowing sequences that connect breath to movement. The heated room helps warm the muscles, improve mobility, and leave you feeling refreshed from the inside out.
Pilates Sculpt
Pilates Sculpt is where strength, stability, and intentional movement come together in a heated room. This full-body workout blends Pilates-inspired movements with strength training to help you build lean muscle, improve posture, increase endurance, and strengthen your core. Using weights, resistance, and controlled movements, you’ll challenge your body while staying connected to your breath and form. Unlike fast-paced cardio workouts, Pilates Sculpt focuses on quality movement, helping you create strength from the inside out while improving balance, mobility, and body awareness.
